Position: Guest Service Agent - Full time position available

Everyone is a VIP at Best Western Victoria Park Suites. Come join our dynamic team of energetic customer service driven individuals. We are looking for individuals with a passion for providing exceptional guest service who wish to further their career in the hospitality industry.

As a Guest Service Agent you will be responsible for the reservation, arrival, stay over and departure experience of our guests as well as other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work shift work
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent verbal communication in both English and French
• Professional and positive demeanor
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivated and ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as make independent decisions.
