Reservation information and personal information provided by you will be used to provide hotel accommodations and related services you request, and to facilitate billing and collection. On occasion, we may use a third party service provider to provide services such as mailouts. As a result, these service providers would be provided with the personal information necessary to perform the requested service. For most transactions that you wish to conduct with us it is not practical to operate on an anonymous basis. Transactions that can be conducted anonymously are typically limited to cash transactions at our commissary outlet.
